Her research into environmental justice focuses on environmental inequalities in the post-colonial situation on Réunion. Her analyses focus primarily on the creation of these inequalities on Réunion in the fields of biodiversity conservation and health and environmental risk management. She endeavours to combine postcolonial and decolonial approaches with those of environmental justice.
